Pay online anytime via My Account, or through a secure online bill pay portal on the Alinta Energy website.
You’ll need your bill amount, Alinta Energy customer number (found on top right of your bill) and credit card information.
You can pay with a credit card over the phone using our automated payment service.
You’ll be asked to enter your bill amount and payment number from the bottom of your bill.
East Coast customers can call 13 37 02 and select Option 4. Western Australian customers can call 1300 360 900.

Set up direct debit with Alinta Energy to ensure your bills are paid automatically on each bill’s due date.
This option also offers the choice to pay monthly instalments rather than a larger quarterly bill.
There are several ways you can organise this; online via My Account or their Online Direct Debit Portal; in person by downloading a form, filling it out and returning it via regular mail, fax, or email; or by giving them a call.
Of course, you need all of your applicable account information if you’re setting up a direct debit payment method with Alinta Energy.
Pay by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS at any post office with your Alinta Energy account information.
To pay by cheque, tear the payment options slip off your bill and post it with the cheque to the address shown on the slip.
A simple phone call will be enough to transfer your Alinta Energy account to your new home.
Once you’ve provided all your details, they’ll make sure the energy is disconnected from your old home and reconnected to your new address for when you move in.
Make sure to give them three business days’ notice to ensure a smooth account reconnection.
You can also inquire about switching energy plans when you’re making a move.
Ask the customer service representative about your options when you call to disconnect and reconnect your energy.
