Energy Australia offers three electricity plans – ‘Flexi saver’ and ‘anytime saver’ options are available in every state in which the company operates, while ‘secure saver’ is exclusive to Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

All electricity plans provide a 100% carbon-neutral option for no extra cost, which affords customers the option minimise their carbon footprint.

Anytime Saver
The anytime saver plan is available in all Australian states, and offers a guaranteed discount on electricity usage regardless as to whether a payment is missed.

There is no exit fee on this plan, and the benefit period lasts for twelve months. Upon choosing this plan, you will be awarded with a $50 credit off your first bill.

Flexi Saver
Flexi saver is the second of Energy Australia’s energy plan that is available in all states in which the company operates. A location-based discount will be offered, with the condition that bills are paid in a timely manner.

Like the anytime saver plan, flexi saver has no exit fee and a benefit period of one year.

Secure Saver
Secure saver lets you lock in your rate for a period of time, meaning usage rates and daily supply charges won’t rise for the first two years of the plan.

You will also receive a state-specific discount on your secure saver plan, provided you are a resident of Victoria, Queensland or New South Wales.

Energy Australia observes price match with this plan. Though the charges won’t rise for the duration of the plan, if market prices go down, so will your energy bill.

Exit fees apply to this plan.
